Note

a cocktail fit for a King!

Norfolk Gin has been a county staple since this popular gin was launched nine years ago. Founders Jonathan and Alison Redding share their perfect spring cocktail – fit for everything from Mothering Sunday to toasting the new King. Cheers!

Handcrafted in historic Norwich, Norfolk Gin is a fragrant, well-balanced small-batch gin. Each bottle is filled and sealed by hand, with the large bottles individually numbered. Each sip of Norfolk Gin is the result of a lovingly made product, overseen by Jonathan and Alison from start to finish.

Norfolk Gin is a ‘ginny’ gin – juniper-led with herbaceous and floral notes, a touch of spice, a hint of sweetness, and fragrant citrus. It is vibrant, delicious and easy-drinking – and it plays well in all cocktails.

Jonathan and Alison created this cocktail to celebrate the arrival of spring, and with the Coronation of King Charles III on 6 May, we think it would be an appropriate drink to herald the dawn of a new era.
