Sunday Charcuterie
We have been fans of Sunday Charcuterie for a while – coincidentally owned by James Santillo and Tara Smyth, who owned The Dukes Head at Somerleyton. They work with smallholders who rear British rare and native breads to create delicious charcuterie. In October, they introduced a range of terrines and pâtés, that are ideal for serving as a starter or to take on a picnic. We loved their Oulton Brussels pâté, made with pig and chicken livers, and thought their pork, prune, pistachio and pancetta terrine was a standout!

Black Shuck
This spring, it’s all about passion with the iconic Black Shuck Passion Gin! At 43%, this gin is distilled with 15 botanicals including passion fruit, grapefruit, elderflower, and lime flower. We love this gin, perfect for cocktails or just a regular g&t at the weekend. It is fresh and light, not overly fruity, but with enough flavour to bring a sense of fun. Black Shuck, founded by Patrick and Sarah Saunders, celebrated their 10th anniversary in 2022, and no doubt there will be more special releases coming this year.
