Glamorgan Sausages with Norfolk Crier Onion Marmalade

Description

Try these delicious glamorgan sausages made all that bit special with the addition of our award winning Norfolk Crier Onion Marmalade

Ingredients
  • 25 grams Butter (we love Norton's Dairy)
  • 115 grams Leeks (trimmed, finely slice)
  • 175 grams Fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Norfolk Crier Onion Marmalade
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt & pepper
  • Panko breadcrumbs (to roll)
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the leek gently without any colour for 8-10 minutes.

  2. Into a bowl place the breadcrumbs, Norfolk Crier Onion Marmalade and cheese, and mix well until combined. 

  3. Add the beaten eggs with salt and pepper. Then follow with the leeks and mix well, shape into a sausage shape. Roll into the Panko breadcrumbs and leave to chill for 30 minutes. 

  4. Pan fry until golden and enjoy with a crisp, green salad.
