Black Shuck rum hot toddy

Ingredients
  • 500 milliliters apple juice
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 whole nutmeg (or 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg)
  • 1 clove
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 25 grams brown sugar
  • 5-10 grams fresh ginger
  • Black Shuck Spiced Rum
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients except the rum in a pan and gently bring to the boil.

  2. Pour into heat proof cups or mugs.

  3. Add the Spiced Rum and serve.

  4. Garnish with slices of apple and a cinnamon stick.
