50 milliliters Pineapple & Coconut Schnapps
100 milliliters pineapple juice
ice
cocktail cherry (for garnish)
fresh pineapple (for garnish)

Instructions

Add the Schnapps, juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Close and shake enthusiastically!
Pour into a highball glass or hurricane glass, and garnish with a cocktail cherry and wedge of pineapple.
