nourish issue 3 – out now!

The third issue of nourish was published in March 2022 and is being very well received. Available in more stockists than before, nourish continues to grow and share the very best of East Anglia to a wide audience.

There is no doubt that spring has arrived. Everywhere you look, nature is beginning to flourish as verges are swathed in daffodils, trees are slowly coming back to life after winter hibernation, and the dawn chorus is back.

The colours of spring are very much reflected in this edition of nourish, with the recipes, in particular, taking on a lighter look after the earthy feel of winter. As we go to print, the first wild garlic is beginning to appear, forced rhubarb has already been enjoyed, and we know that early asparagus will be available by the end of the month.

This feeling of flourishment is evidenced through our cover story under the spreading Chestnut tree. Chestnut own a total of 16 pubs and restaurants with rooms across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge, and Essex, and while each is unique in terms of menu and look, they all have in common a warm and wonderful welcome.

The next issue of nourish will be out in June – follow us on social media for all the latest news from #eatnourishdrink
